We only ship to states where Delta 8 is legal.  As restrictions are constantly changing, please check with your local municipalities for restrictions in your area.

We only ship to adults age 21 years and older. Upon entering the site, you must indicate if you are of legal age to purchase these products.  We often do ask for additional verification, via photo ID.  Please be prepared should be ask for that information.

Once your order is placed it typically takes 48 business hours to process.  (We do not package on weekends).  Once your package is packed up we ship using USPS.  Our customers have the option of standard shipping or priority.  Due to Covid and USPS staffing shortages, packages are taking a bit longer than normal.  We are unable to give exact details on shipping time due to this.
